Premier Trail: Willow Lake Loop

Construction Progress: Stabilizing The Dirt Wall

For any visitors to Findlay Subaru Prescott, pre-construction, the pavement always had dirt shadows that remained on the ground, long after the cars had moved. This was due to erosion from the hill next to our lot, bordering Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University's campus.

Construction Progress: Full Demolition

We have answered the question of: If your dealership is demolished, and nobody catches it on film, did it really happen - this week. Walking onto the lot, instead of the familiar site of a partially deconstructed Subaru dealership, we saw only a pile of rubble.

Construction Progress: Demolition Photos (Part 1)

Finally, more progress, aside from the ever important (yet boring) dirt leveling!

The crew prepared to take the building down, had one bucket attack on the structure when it was realized power was still live to the building. At this point, the bucket loader operator ripped out the concrete entrance ramps & put the debris into awaiting dump trucks.
